What exactly is included — and what isn’t?
Included: weekly strategy sessions, hands-on engineering sprints, infrastructure setup (payments / logistics / tax / compliance), partner introductions, investor kit preparation. Not included: paid ad spend, third-party SaaS subscriptions, legal/accounting fees, or any cash expenses paid to outside vendors — those are yours.
Do you take equity?
No equity on the base retainer. For annual clients approaching a priced round, we’re open to a small advisory grant (typically 0.25–0.5%) if there’s alignment — but it’s never a condition of working together.
Who actually works on my company?
A senior operator leads every engagement (that’s the founder who signed you). Engineering squads spin up from a vetted bench for your build sprints. You always know who’s on your account, by name.
Can I cancel the monthly plan?
Yes — the Monthly Retainer is month-to-month with no termination fee. Just let us know before the next billing cycle. 6-Month and Annual are paid upfront and non-refundable, but can be paused once if founder circumstances demand it.
What happens after 12 months?
Most annual clients either (a) renew into a different engagement shape as they scale, (b) roll into a lighter advisory retainer post-Series-A, or (c) graduate. Our goal is to make ourselves unnecessary to your Series A — not to keep you dependent.
How is this different from an agency or accelerator?
Agencies bill hours and hand off the build. Accelerators give you a cohort, a demo day, and a checklist. We are an operator team embedded in your outcome — same incentives, same cadence as a full-time exec team, without the full-time exec headcount.
